Welcome to Chalet Valsamont!
Bernard and Bernadette are delighted to welcome you to their apartment, a top-of-the-range gîte for 6 people in the heart of the village of Samoëns (Haute-Savoie).
You'll be staying in an old, fully renovated house overlooking the Place des Dents Blanches, a 5-minute walk from the skibus shuttle, and 1 minute from shops and restaurants.
Highly comfortable, with refined, carefully thought-out furnishings, two balconies and a pretty private garden with a breathtaking view of the Criou.
Underfloor heating - Kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, fan-assisted oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, multi-function food processor, raclette machine, fondue set, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The apartment comprises a studio bedroom for 2 people with bathroom and kitchenette, on the ground floor (chambre Marmotte).
On the 1st floor, a large living area includes a superbly equipped kitchen, a dining area for six to eight people, and a sitting area with an ultra-comfortable sofa that converts into a 160cm double bed that can be folded away (even with the bed made up) into the alcove.
This room opens onto a south-facing balcony overlooking the square. A large sliding door separates it completely from the rest of the apartment.
A glass door separates this floor from a duplex bedroom with a 140cm double bed, bathroom and balcony (south-west).
On the first floor, a heated room reserved for tenants stores ski equipment and a boot dryer.
Free public parking nearby, in a quiet neighborhood close to village shops and activities. Wi-Fi included (fiber optic - 100Mbps up & down)
